GC Fuji IX GP Extra is a high-strength, packable glass ionomer restorative available in normal and fast-set options for efficient clinical use. It is suitable for Class I and II restorations in children, non-load-bearing restorations in adults, Class V and root surface restorations, and core build-ups. The material offers excellent adhesion to dentine and enamel without the need for etching, bonding, or a rubber dam. Its packable consistency allows easy placement and contouring with metal matrices in a single step. Fuji IX GP Extra provides high wear resistance, good radiopacity, and outstanding biocompatibility. The extra-fast setting time allows finishing and polishing within 2.5 minutes after mixing. Enhanced translucency and added protection against decalcification ensure durable and aesthetic restorations.
