GC Fuji IX GP (B3) is a high-strength, wear-resistant, fluoride-releasing glass ionomer restorative suitable for patients of all age groups, from pediatric to geriatric. It features a packable, dough-like, non-sticky consistency that allows easy placement, condensation, carving, and contouring using metal instruments without sticking. The material chemically bonds to tooth structure, offers a tooth-like coefficient of thermal expansion, and releases rechargeable fluoride for long-term protection. With high compressive and flexural strength, it provides excellent durability and wear resistance comparable to posterior restorative materials. Fuji IX GP self-cures quickly, with a convenient working time and single-step placement even for larger restorations. It is ideal for non-stress-bearing final restorations, intermediate restorative procedures, core build-ups, and long-term temporary restorations.
